ACCEPTING PACKAGES PROPERLY

WEAR A MASK

When your package arrives, wash your hands and wear a mask.

SANITIZE YOUR PACKAGE

Your package will be wrapped in plastic. Sanitize the plastic well before bringing it into your home.

WASH YOUR HANDS

Remove the plastic and discard properly. Wash your hands by following proper handwashing guidelines.

SANITIZE

Lastly, sanitize your hands.

We pack your orders by wearing masks and using gloves, rest assured that your package was packed with love & care.

GCQ DELIVERY GUIDELINES

  • Delivery is free for purchases above PhP 1,500. FREE SHIPPING offer is not applicable during the Holiday Season (November-January), and other special promos.

  • We are accepting orders within Metro Manila and provincial! Please find out first if your shipping address is accepting deliveries via LBC.

  • We will not ship without any proof of payment.

  • We schedule our deliveries. Depending on when you made your orders, we will need time to prepare and pack them. We will make sure to deliver your orders via GRAB, Lalamove, or Angkas in a maximum time frame of 2 to 3 days, or 3-4 days via LBC. Daily cut-off of orders is at 5:00PM.

  • No rush orders please. In light of the current pandemic, please expect delays in sending your orders. There are days when there is scarcity in riders and our partnered LBC rider cannot report to work.

  • We cannot guarantee the exact time the items will arrive on your doorstep. We will send you a screenshot of the courier handling your delivery.

  • Please prepare cash for the courier if you opt for same day delivery.

  • We will not be responsible for undelivered parcels to incomplete addresses. Please provide proper name of province, city, and postal codes.

  • We will not be liable for products that are broken or have leaks. We promise to wrap your orders the best way we can to protect the products, but we cannot control how parcels are handled by the riders. But please, get in touch with us and we may be able to replace the damaged items.

  • There is an additional charge of PhP30 on top of the shipping fee to cover the cost for packaging.
